WARWICK – The R.I. Cannabis Control Commission has expanded permitted delivery hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The changes, approved on Oct. 23, mirror allowable hours in Massachusetts, where regulators implemented the same reforms.
